Returns & Exchanges Policy:

At Fit2Run, customer satisfaction is very important. If for some reason the product you have selected was not perfect please return your product with all tags attached in unused, unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of your purchase date to receive a refund.

If you are a Fit2Run Club Member, one of your benefits is the “30 Day Footwear Wear Test Guarantee.” Under this guarantee you can run in your new footwear for up to 30 days from your purchase date and exchange them for a new pair or store credit. 

*Please note that shoes with a carbon fiber plate do not qualify for the "30 Day Wear Test Guarentee."* 

How do I return a product?

In-Store:

Simply bring the product with your receipt or packing slip that you would like to return to one of our Fit2Run locations and we will gladly help you. Find your closest store location here.

Fit2Run's Return Center:

When returning a product back to Fit2Run’s Return Center we ask that you please include the receipt or packing slip that came with your product. If you can’t provide that information we ask that you provide one of the following in the return:

Order ID

Phone Number.

Email Address

Ship to Address

Name

Please box the product in a proper shipping container. This means that shoe boxes must be placed in a shipping container and sent back. We do not accept shoe boxes that have been used as their shipping box.

At this time Fit2Run does not offer prepaid shipping labels for returns. Please address the shipping label to the following address:

Make sure the shipping label is well attached to the package and drop the package at your local mail carrier. After your shipping label is made your mail carrier will give you a tracking slip. Please hold onto this tracking slip until your return is processed and you have received your refund in store credit or original form of payment.

How long will a return take to process?

Once the return is accepted into the Fit2Run’s Return Center it will be processed within 7 business days. Once processed, a credit will be issued in the form of store credit or to the original payment based on the state of the return. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to hit your account.

How are returns over $250 and Electronics handled?

For products over $250 and all Electronics, returns will only be accepted with a receipt or packing slip and the product is still in unopened, original packaging with price tags intact. Prodcuts that are scratched, damaged or used are not returnable. 

What products are final sale?

All footwear with a carbon fiber plate, nutrition, food, bikes and strollers all final sale can not be returned or exchanged.

Can I exchange a product?

Fit2Run does allow exchanges for size and color of the originally purchased product if the product is returned with a Fit2Run receipt or packing slip and all tags attached in unused, unworn and unwashed condition within 30 days of your purchase date.
