How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Shipping timelines reflect total order processing and shipping times. Your order will be processed and shipped within 2-7 business days of the order date. You can also check on the status of your order here.
Free Shipping
- On all standarding shipping orders greater than $75
- Exceptions: Shipments to HI and AK
- Express orders will not ship free
- We retain the right to revoke Free Shipping or Cancel abuse at any time.
Standard Shipping
- 2-6 Business Days
- Orders under $75: Shipping prices vary depending on where the order is being shipped to.
- Orders over $75: Free
Express Shipping
- 2-4 Business Days
- Shipping prices vary depending on where the order is being shipped to.
Priority Shipping
- 1-3 Business Days
- Shipping prices vary depending on where the order is being shipped to.
APO/FPO Addresses
Orders shipped to APO and FPO addresses qualify for free standard shipping via USPS Military Mail. Please allow 30–45 days for delivery.
Where does Fit2Run Ship to?
At this time Fit2Run only ships within the United States. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O Boxes and rural zip codes, however transit times can exceed 7 business days no matter the shipping method.

What do I do if my order says it has been delivered but I never received my order?

Can Bikes be shipped?
At this time Bikes are Buy Online, PIck-Up in Store only.
Can Bikes be shipped?
Fit2Run offers Buy Online, Pick-Up in Store at all of our locations. Here is how it works:
- Step 1: Choose your product.
- Step 2: Right above the add to cart button there is an option to Pick-Up in Store. If the product you’ve selected is available at that location the button will appear clickable. If not it will appear grayed out. (Tip: you can always change your pick-up store if there is another Fit2Run location near you to see if the product is available there).
- Step 3: You will be emailed when your order is ready to get picked up.
Where do I go to pick up my order in the store?
When you arrive at the store head straight back to the registrar and a Fit Expert can help you.
Who can pick up my order?
You can pick up your order with a piece of government ID that matches the order or use your email confirmation. The person picking up the order must be the person who placed the order. If you do not have the proper credentials or the person picking up the order does not match the name on the order we will not give you the order.
How long will the store hold my order?
After you’ve received your pickup confirmation email, you’ll have till 7pm the following day to pick up your order. If you don’t pick up the order by that time it will be canceled and you will be refunded.
What if I would like to ship some of the products in my cart to my home and some of them to a store?
You can place one order that contains both Buy Online, Pick Up at Store products and products you want shipped. However, your order can only contain products from a single store to pick up from. If you want to pick up from multiple stores, you’ll have to place separate orders.
Will all my items arrive at the same time?
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately. You will receive a shipping confirmation email for each package, allowing you to track each item and know when to expect delivery.
International & Restricted Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. In addition, we are unable to ship to the following:
- Re-shippers
- Parcel or freight forwarding services
- Addresses intended for foreign export
- Addresses used to unlawfully avoid sales tax
- Orders flagged for any of the above will be canceled and refunded to the original form of payment.
Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable
Orders cannot be canceled or rerouted once placed
Unauthorized Reselling
Purchases made for the purpose of unauthorized reselling void all warranties. These items are not eligible for return or exchange.
We reserve the right to cancel orders from accounts with excessive returns or those that exceed product purchase limits.
Third-Party Purchases
Returns will only be accepted for items purchased directly from FIT2RUN and its authorized channels. Items purchased through third-party sellers will be refused and returned to the sender.
