Fit2Run Club Members:

30 Day Footwear Wear Test Guarantee

An advantage of the Fit2Run Club Membership is our Footwear Wear Test Guarantee. You can run in your new shoes RISK-FREE for up to 30 days (from your purchase date). If they're not a perfect fit simply exchange them for another pair. No questions asked.

30 Day Merchandise Returns

At Fit2Run, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION is very important to us. If for some reason the gear you selected was not perfect for you, return any item, along with your receipt, in new or unused condition within 30 days of your purchase date. We will be happy to help you with an exchange or account credit with the following exceptions:

Without a receipt:

  • A gift card will be issued at the current price, in accordance to the guidelines.


  • Unless you are a Fit2Run Club member that gets the 30 day Wear Test Guarantee, the shoe box and shoes must be returned in a new and unused condition.
  • When sending shoes back, please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Please send shoes in the shoe box they came in and then put the shoe box in a shipping box.
  • If Footwear is not received back in saleable condition, we would not be able to issue you an account credit, as we cannot resell that shoe to another guest.

Watches and Electronics:

  • These items are only returnable if the merchandise is in the original packaging, price tags are intact and a sales receipt accompanies the items. Merchandise that is scratched, damaged or used are not returnable.

Apparel and Accessories:

  • All Apparel and Accessories are returnable, provided it is not worn, price tags are intact, and a sales receipt accompanies the items.


  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any food items such as energy gels, bars or drink mixes.

Defective Merchandise:

  • Please contact us at 1-844-Fit2Run (1-844-348-2786) about return procedures for any product you deem to be defective.
  • All defective merchandise is subject to inspection to determine if the issue is a result of a manufacturer's defect, normal wear and tear, or misuse.

How to complete your Return / Exchange

  • The fastest way to Exchange your item(s), is to reorder what you need online today.
  • Ship your unwanted item(s) back to the address below.
  • We will process your return within 14 days when received back at our DC.
  • When sending back returns, please try to use the original packaging you received your items in.
  • Do not forget to keep tracking information, as you will be responsible until we receive the items into our warehouse.
