Good morning,
My name is Nicholas H., and I belong to a group
of Runners with 162 members, with a very high percentage
participating in the meetups on a regular basis.
I also belong to a group of Triathletes with 142
members, again with a large regular turnout.
I believe that when someone does a great job,
they deserve to be talked about, and your Wellington,
Florida store is no exception.
What turned everyone onto your Wellington store
is the personal service everyone got when they
visited there, even if we didn't buy anything.
Unlike most shoe stores, the people at Fit2Run
were runners THEMSELVES! This made for great talk
about past races, times, different things we love
/ hate about the sport, and just an overall good
time. Countless times I have heard members of my
groups say "I told
the guy about (this problem) or (that problem)
and he showed me how to fix it and it worked!"
We also love the fact that you guys give us your
full attention, and explain every single question
we have.
No where else can we go to get the RIGHT shoes
for our feet, after running on a treadmill, standing
to see our pressure points, and everything else!
After we get the right shoes, you guys even PROVE
to us we improved our running- so we know it's
not just bs!
I speak for myself and my teams when I say that
we could not have gotten to where we are today
with our training without your store.
A common 'ice-breaker' we use when we meet another
runner is "Where did you get your shoes / how
do you like them" and everytime, we say Fit2Run,
and then explain everything we went through to
find out this was the perfect shoe for us.. most
of the time people are jealous and in awe- and
tell us they're heading there right after the run!
As Marathon & Triathlon season starts, we're
finding out that it's time to spend a lot of money
on new outfits, shoes, socks, water bottles, GU
packet's, (you get the idea!).
Please feel free to e-mail me at any time.
I want to see local stores succeed, especially
when they give so much back to the community
like you guys do.
Thank you for your time!
Regards,
Nicholas H.
