Train2Run group training offers a supportive running group setting where you can grow as a runner, gain friends and have a great time also! We offer training programs throughout the entire year. We like to link them with a goal race, but we can accept athletes at anytime and train towards any goal race.

Summer is coming! It is time for our annual Beat the Heat Training Program!
Are you interested in improving your fitness and health, gaining strength, reducing the risk of injury, and becoming a more efficient runner? Then, this is the summer training program for you! During this 13 week program specific weeks will be dedicated to functional strength exercises, core strength, agility, mobility, form and speed development! Its the training in the off season that will lead you to new PRs during the race season!
